Creating a systematic schedule to meet the timeline and creating a BOQ of all items.
Staying true to the brand image and the design style which is "boho", "comfy", "warm- feeling", I designed the space with woods and stone as an accent material surrounded by a dominant color which is dark chocolate brown and neutrals to support it with a few natural elements to elevate the space and fulfil the "comfy, warm" criteria of the space. Making the guests feel like they are home away from home.
During my time at Seraya Stays, I had worked on numerous Airbnb apartments in Downtown, Dubai. They focused on a consistent style throughout their apartments, creating a brand signature. The style was inspired by Wabi-Sabi.
